For sale is a stunning Herend Chinese Bouquet Apponyi Green twin salt cellar. 253/AV
The pattern is a brilliantly colored floral design accented with gilt. Originally named "Apponyi Flowers" for Count Albert Apponyi, this 1930-vintage pattern features floral motifs adapted from earlier Herend patterns influenced by the Orient. Handmade and handpainted in Hungary on fine white porcelain with 24K gold accents.
Measures 6'' (L) for the whole piece, and 2 3/4 '' in diameter for each dish.
Condition: Excellent condition. No crack, crazing, repair, or gilt loss. Like new!
